In the post-apocalyptic future, a new sport has taken the Outlands. Mounted on motorcycles and armed with chainsaws, modern day gladiators battle in a Metal Circus surrounded by fire. Amongst this chaos, a hero is born - a champion with mechanical limbs and a human heart. Half-man, half-machine, he will go undefeated until he meets his match, the man who created him.
